Saturday…
disclaimer: Saturday was a particularly unhealthy day for me as far as food intake goes, I had very few goals set to accomplish. One thing I usually manage to do each day is drink a ton of water, this is something I've done since highschool…and I like to think it offsets the terrible things I put in my body, or at least it rushes them along through digestion or something.
10:00 am
2 Cups of coffee:
approx 8 packets of sugar
2 tbsp half& half
2 Grilled Cheese & Egg Sandwiches:
3 tbsp butter (at least)
2 slices of American processed cheese ($2=50 slices? there was never a choice)
4 slices of 12 oat wheat bread
2 eggs
3 Clementines
5 cups of water (at least)

3 pieces of leftover pizza (Maximus from Pizza Luce)
2-3 clementines (I have 3 cartons of these things, note the reoccurrence)
2 cups trail mix
1-2 cups water

Dinner at Bulldog:
Cheeseburger
fries
5-6 Fat Tire beers (not sure calorie count on these but they are sort of thick)
2-3 cups water

8pm-1am
Beer:
several bud lights
Shots:
1 jager/redbull
1 jamison whiskey
no water
----------------------------------------------------------------
2 am
x pieces of remaining pizza (2-3 realistically)
3-4 cups of water
I base my eating habits off of these guys.
That SNL sketch is priceless. But you would need to try so much harder to eat as bad as those guys.
