What I Eat

I didn't record water because I drink a lot of water throughout the day.

Friday

I had some grainy bar with flax seed, sunflower seed, granola (I think) and dried fruit with coffee.

Then I went to work and had a bunch of pizza – maybe three slices. I don't know anything about it because it was donated. I had some hot dish that one of my clients made a little later.

I also had a BUNCH of coffee. I don't want to think about how much because it hurts my feelings. I also don't want to think about how much alcohol I consumed on Friday night because that would also hurt my feelings. It should not be legal for my coworkers and I to get together after midnight for wine because it does not end well for ANYONE.

Saturday

I did not attempt to eat breakfast on Saturday because even though I probably needed it, it was such a gross idea.

I had an apple sometime in the early afternoon and I had some toast.

I made my little sister go out for sushi with me. I had two avocado rolls.

Then I had some green tea before engaging in merry-making with my roommates. I made a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato (If I buy a tomato at all out of season, I get them from Whole Foods because they have an agreement with the Coalition of Immokalee Workers).

Sunday

Today I had Chinese food at the mall with my mom. And I they gave me so much Chinese food at the mall that I ate it twice.

And now I'm drinking way too much coffee!

  1. Oh Lordy, aren't addictions fun! No judgment, if I had had time this weekend, I would have most definitely been hitting the bottle. I girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do. But all in all it sounds like you're staying pretty balanced! Congrats!
