Breakfast (aka brunch) 11:30:
2 bowls of Fiber One cereal, very hungry
Glass of orange juice

Snacks before and during practice 2-6pm:

Lots of water (roughly 2 water bottles)

Late dinner 8pm (very hungry):
Scrambled eggs (3)
Handful of rasberries
Handful of carrots
Glass of milk
Water
A few pieces of chocolate
