1 sesame bagel with vegetable cream cheese
1 glass of Dr. Pepper
9.00pm Dinner→
I had dinner with some friends at a restaurant
Before we got our food I had a piece of bread with butter
I had a New York strip steak with garlic-mashed potatoes, asparagus and sauce.
11.30pm at a friend’s house→
3 cups of beer
Saturday
At home
I kind of skipped breakfast today and had 1 glass of Dr.Pepper and 2 Advils
3.00pm Lunch→
Had lunch at Davannis, I had; a half whole-wheat hoagie with roastbeef, salad, tomato and dressing.
1 cup of coke cola
10.pm Dinner→
Had dinner at Applebee’s with a friend
I had Chicken Tender platter with fries, coleslaw and ketchup. I also had salt and pepper on my fries
1. glass of lemonade
11.30pm→
At a bar
2 drinks cranberry vodka
some popcorn
Sunday
12.00pm Breakfast→
At home
1 bun with butter
1 glass of Dr. Pepper
6.00pm Dinner→
At home
I made homemade burgers for my friend and me; in the burgers were onion, cheese Doritos and tomatoes. I had pickles and ketchup on the burgers
2 glasses of Dr. Pepper
In the weekends I don’t really think that much about what I eat as you can see, and I just eat whenever I want. And yes I love Dr. Pepper for some reason, maybe because we don’t have that in Norway.
