Looking back at this diet I'd have to say that most of what I eat is on the go. I'm usually either working, doing school work, on my way to class, or at party and I think my diet is a pretty accurate depiction of eating on the go minus the beer (lots of fast food, pop, portable edibles, etc.)

  1. It's funny, because my food journal was all pizza, candy, chips, and alcohol, which looks nutritionally similar (shitty) to yours.

But I would say, though I'm also frequently on-the-go during the week, my non-weekend eating habits are generally much, much healthier than what my journal implies.

I would guess your eating habits are always similar because, regardless of the day of the week, you're on-the-go. I am far, far lazier on the weekend, and the poor eating habits reflected in that are due to never having any food in my house, and consequently turning to the corner store nearby for snacks.

  2. Eating on-the-go is really hard to do well.

I hope you tipped the IHOP people well. Siphoning water to the hopeless hungover is a real pain in the ass for servers.

  3. well, it Doesn't matter what diet/plan/party you're on, the hardest obstacle in dieting is control hunger pangs and cravings.
You might like to try out a product that does exactly that: fresh-frozen Hoodia (a well known appetite depressant) in the form of small and convenient ice cubes – hence its name, the ice cube diet.
It just helps you eat less and makes your dieting easier.

  4. The ice cube diet, never heard of that... interesting.

I never have time to cook anything, so on weekdays I usually eat microwave meals, or stop by Burger King on my way home from school.
